Refund policy

At Lunera Fashion, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within our policy terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains

  • Not listed as final sale (see below)

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Final Sale items

  • Swimwear (due to hygiene) unless unworn with hygiene liner intact

  • Accessories & Jewelry

  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@lunerafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping costs (if any paid for express services) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or style?
We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and requesting a return for the original. This ensures faster delivery and availability of stock.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, we’re truly sorry!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lunerafashion.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no cost, or offer a full refund if necessary.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Lunera Fashion is not responsible for lost return packages.
